Private Pilot License (PPL) is a basic training program suitable for those interested in flying for recreation as well as for those interested in testing their own level of competence and skill before deciding to pursue a career in aviation.
Much knowledge can be gained when the video tutorials are watched in conjunction with reading the books such as Jeppesen Guided Flight Discovery, Pilot's Handbook of Aeronautical Knowledge and the Airplane Flying Handbook.
Upon passing all the theoretical knowledge exams, flight training comprises mostly basic VFR maneuvers where you will be made proficient in the general handling of aircraft, take off and landing procedures including associated emergencies as well as navigation (cross country) flying procedures.
